Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy on returns, which differs by product type.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Perishable Goods: All coffee products (e.g., Island Riddim Roast).
  • Sale Items: Any items marked as “Sale” or “Limited Edition.”

Apparel & Merchandise (Eligible for Exchange)

We do not offer refunds on apparel (e.g., T-shirts). However, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size if the item:

  • Is returned within [e.g., 14 days] of delivery.
  • Is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

To request an exchange, please email us at sales@hawaiireggaenetwork.com. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your claim and work with you to provide a refund or replacement.
